A message from Triangles' directors regarding Coronavirus (COVID-19)
Triangle's office is now closed as a safety measure. In line with the Governments recent advice our office staff will be working from home. The phone will still be answered and emails will be received by our staff and worked upon.
As we are all aware things are changing daily so please do telephone or email us or check our website which will be updated for any changes to our business.
Triangle are acutely aware that now is a time when some children and young people will be at their most vulnerable and are determined to continue to provide our services wherever, and however possible. Where possible, assessments will take place over video link/video call and direct support is being offered to those participating in court proceedings in solicitor's offices by our team of intermediaries. The intermediaries are able to practice social distancing measures in these circumstances. We are keen to be as adaptable and innovative as is required during this period of uncertainty and change.
We have had no suspected or confirmed cases of Covid-19 in any of our office based staff, or anyone that visited the office. We have put cleaning measures in place, plus the closure of the office means the risk of transmitting any virus are minimal. We will only open the office by appointment and in essential cases.
We would like to reassure you that we are still here to assist and support you, the children and the young people during these unprecedented times.
