Play and art therapy

We provide play therapy, art therapy and psychotherapy for children and young people. We can provide assessment, advice and direct therapeutic work. We have qualified and experienced therapists with a range of specialist skills who can work directly in different communication methods, including sign language. We can develop life stories and passports with children as part of their therapy.

Most of our long term therapeutic work is with children in London and the southeast, but we can work further afield to establish a therapeutic programme and provide training and support so that this can continue locally.

We also provide specialist training in therapeutic work with children with complex needs.

How it works

We can undertake an initial assessment if needed. We then match the child with a therapist with the right expertise and communication skills. All our therapists are registered with the appropriate regulatory bodies (UKCP, HPC, PTUK). We recommend agreeing a number of sessions at the outset, and we include liason and review time in our costings. We can work in our own playrooms or locally to the child in an appropriate space.
